| Vox introduced these three pickup Phantom and Teardrop six string guitars every where in the world except the United States. They avoided offering these guitars in the US due to a design patent conflict with the Phantom Guitar Works of Oregon who reregistered the expired patents on the body designs with the US patent office. |
