Most of the amps that disappeared in the 1969 US Vox product catalog were brought back in this catalog. The Series 90 amps from 1969 flopped. Thomas Organ was desparately trying to find something to sell, but the world was no longer charmd by Vox.

Joe Benaron, the president of Thomas Organ, was terminated, reportedly due to the failure of the Ampliphonic line.

This was the beginning of the end for Vox in America. The new, lower prices shown in this price list were the first stage in the liquidation of inventory. By 1971, Vox in America was dead.
