"Paul Revere and the Raiders Ride On Top With Vox"
US Vox Advertisement - Fall 1966
Paul Revere and the Raiders were at the top of the charts in 1966 with their LP album "Midnight Ride," featuring their hits "Kicks" and "Hungry."

Playing off the name and success of their iconic "Midnight Ride" album, Thomas Organ suggested that the Raiders were having a "ride on top" of the charts with Vox gear. The ad featured several AC-100 amps, a Foundatiom Bass amp, a Continental Organ plus a Phantom guitar and bass.

Pictured from left to right are the late Drake Levin, Phil "Fang" Volk, the late Mike Smith, Paul Revere and Mark Lindsay.
