The Vox "Band Battle for Stardom" Medals - 1968

Thomas Organ encouraged their Vox dealers to organize a local "batlle of the bands" competition in 1968. The dealer would provide a backline of Vox equipment for use by all of the bands. The top three participating bands would win either a first (gold), second (silver) or third (bronze) place medal supplied by Vox. The winning band was given the opportunity to advance to regional and national competitions. |
