This was the end of the road for Jennings Electronic Industries. These redesigned amp designs released by JEI in
1973 failed to gain any traction in the marketplace, leading to the collapse of JEI in mid 1975. After the closure, Tom
Jennings was hired for a time as an advisor to his original company, Vox, now under the ownership of Dallas Industries.
